Pathway Plumbing Service (PPS) is one of Victoria’s first Indigenous commercial plumbing contractors, founded by Ricky Morris after a 20-year military career in East Timor and Afghanistan.
We create employment, mentoring and training pathways for First Nations Australians in the plumbing industry, offering a culturally safe environment to learn, grow and build lasting skills.
With over 30 years of plumbing experience, Ricky leads PPS as a business owner and cultural mentor, guiding the next generation through education and hands-on industry experience.
