Apartments, hotels and student housing need quiet, clean work. We stage shut-offs, work after hours and protect guest access. Bathrooms/kitchens at volume, risers, fire services and plant rooms delivered with tracked rooms and tidy common areas.
Our commercial plumbing capabilities cover office towers, shells and mixed-use sites that run on dates. We coordinate with base-build, fitout and services to keep floors releasing. Amenities, end-of-trip, tea points, metering and CHW/HW interfaces, prefabricated where possible to cut site time.
Secure projects need compliant materials and full traceability. Inducted crews work to clearance rules, tool control and environmental controls. Potable water, fire, fuel and plant installed with MDRs, ITPs, pressure tests and weld maps.
Schools and tertiary sites can’t lose teaching time. We stage to terms, nights and holidays, and keep noisy works to windows. Amenities, labs, canteens, accessible upgrades and fire services, zones fenced, paths protected, handovers usable.
Hospitals and clinics need clean installs and predictable outages. Isolations planned, temporary water set up, infection control observed. Copper/stainless and med-gas interfaces installed and tested; packs include test results and water quality.
