As an ISO-certified plumbing contractor, PPS embeds safety and quality into every stage of delivery. Led by a dedicated WHSEQ manager, our teams follow strict systems and proven processes, backed by a culture that demands high standards from first site walk to final handover.

Safety

Safety is how we work, not an add-on. We combine behavioural safety, early risk identification and open consultation so people go home safe and well. Systems are certified to ISO 45001 and are applied on every project, including live healthcare environments.

We complete risk assessments before work starts, brief teams through toolbox talks, and adjust controls when conditions change. We support psychological safety, encourage reporting, and investigate incidents to learn and recover. Supervisors and workers share responsibility, with actions tracked to close.

Quality

Our ISO 9001 QMS aligns teams, suppliers and subcontractors to one way of working. Structured procedures create consistency from early documentation to handover, with traceability and digital records across hold points.

Prefabricated units are tested off site for leaks and compliance, then catalogued for full traceability. Digital tools manage ITPs, defect tracking and certification so stakeholders can see progress in real time and sign off with confidence.

Digital documentation with ControlDC and FireDoc

At PPS, quality doesn’t stop at installation. We use ControlDC and FireDoc to manage compliance, safety, and documentation across every stage of delivery. These platforms streamline tracking, enable real-time collaboration, and provide full transparency for clients and stakeholders from pre-construction through to handover.

FireDoc gives us a real-time, auditable register of all fire penetrations to meet AS4072.1. By removing manual record-keeping, it reduces risk and speeds inspections, approvals, and certification.

ControlDC manages digital ITPs, defect tracking, and compliance sign-offs. It provides live access to project records for site teams and stakeholders, improving traceability, reducing rework, and helping keep milestones on track.

1Breadcrumb on every site

We run inductions, site access and safety records in 1Breadcrumb. People scan a QR code, complete the induction on their phone, then check in. Attendance updates in real time for our site team.

SWMS come in digitally, we review and sign, and the accepted version stays linked to the crew. Pre-starts, toolbox talks, permits and plant inductions live in the same place, with photos and signatures.

SDS and insurances stay current without emails or loose files. Reports sync to Procore overnight, so audit trails are always ready.
