- Job application forms name, email, phone, resume, cover letter, other application details you submit.
Information we get automatically
- Basic technical data IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, time on page. Collected by our hosting and security services.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) pseudonymous usage data and cookies for performance and reporting.
- Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session analytics. We mask fields that may contain personal data.
- Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection, limited device and browser signals to verify you are human.
- Rank Math SEO tooling. It does not collect personal data for our use.
How we use your information
- Respond to enquiries and deliver services you ask for.
- Assess and manage applications for roles.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website, including analytics and spam prevention.
- Meet legal and compliance obligations.

Sharing and storage
- Service providers hosting, email, analytics, and security vendors process data for us under contract.

How long we keep information
- Enquiries up to 24 months.
- Job applications up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or we must retain records longer.
- Analytics follows the retention settings in GA4 and Clarity.
Security
- HTTPS across the site.
- Least-privilege access to admin systems.
- Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam and abuse.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
- Withdraw consent where given, for example cookie categories.
- Opt out of analytics using your browser settings or the link above.
