PPS was contracted by Kane Construction to complete the full scope of hydraulic works for the Student Precinct project at Parkville.

Designed to transform the on-campus experience, the project delivers a world-class student hub that integrates services, activities, and vibrant spaces for the entire campus community.

By strategically co-locating key student services near the campus core and primary transport links, the precinct enhances connectivity and accessibility.

The project encompasses six buildings and provides 37,050m² of new or refurbished internal and external spaces, including activated ground-level areas and thoughtfully landscaped surroundings. Despite the challenges of a complex and constrained site, including a 6-meter level drop from north to south, the precinct successfully integrates diverse facilities within a cohesive and accessible design.

PPS played a crucial role in ensuring the hydraulic systems seamlessly supported the functionality and sustainability of this landmark development.
